I coach Christian women who feel like they’re made for more but aren’t sure how to get there without losing themselves in the process.

Together, we tackle the real-life stuff that holds you back—fear, doubt, people-pleasing, and self-sabotage—while building a faith-fueled confidence that changes how you show up in your home, work, and relationships.

Think of me as your encourager, truth-teller, and co-strategist for living a life that is filled with passion and purpose.

I’m available for other opportunities to be creative: to lead, to facilitate, to teach, to present, to host, to speak. And more! Just ask.

We all have nudges that we are given and it seemed high time to follow mine just like it’s time for you to follow yours. We have so much to share with one another so let’s have a safe place to do that.
This is a call to action for each one of us - to be the best version of ourselves we can be. Embracing and loving all the parts. No more apologizing for who we are, and who we want to be.
Pears are beautiful, luscious, shapely and each one is unique. Just like each woman. (We started by targeting women until we found out men were loving the content too!) The outward appearance is one thing that we can be better at embracing and the inward has so much to offer!
