Meet Rechelle

Rechelle Conde-Nau is a podcaster/blogger who created Unabashed You to “become who you already are.” Other roles she’s enjoyed: elementary school teacher (5th grade is the best!), director for children’s performing arts programs (creating, mentoring, celebrating - so fulfilling), author of Standing Tall: A Collection of Mourning (after the death of her infant son with lots of gifts after loss). There’s also coach, presenter and facilitator - any role/opportunity that encourages - Unabashed You aspires to inspire.

UY has been heard in 80+ countries with over one hundred guests sharing who they are: their wisdom, their challenges and how they continue to overcome. Extraordinary, every day people like you, and me. Each one of us matters.

  • We all have nudges that we are given and it seemed high time to follow mine just like it’s time for you to follow yours. We have so much to share with one another so let’s have a safe place to do that.

  • This is a call to action for each one of us - to be the best version of ourselves we can be. Embracing and loving all the parts. No more apologizing for who we are, and who we want to be.

  • Pears are beautiful, luscious, shapely and each one is unique. Just like each woman. (We started by targeting women until we found out men were loving the content too!) The outward appearance is one thing that we can be better at embracing and the inward has so much to offer!
