Through the podcast, blog and life experiences there are things I want to share. They are of value to those who want to be encouraged to become who they already are! There are three themes that encompass UY coaching: confidence, passion, and gratitude.
‘Confidence Creator’
Because the opposite of fear is confidence and confidence is a choice.
It takes a lot of practice! We have to minimize the fears so we can maximize the belief in ourself. Small steps can lead us to bigger changes. You have to be willing to do it just a wee bit scared. And also excited.
Passion + Intention = Purpose
The thing you love will bring you to your purpose.
Take the thing that brings you joy and move into how you can share that with the rest of us. It will bring you fulfillment and will serve others.
Gratitude: Your Gifts after Loss
It takes awareness to be thankful.
After the rawness of the loss of a loved one, a broken heart, or a painful situation, you can turn around and look at the many ways things have worked for good. Of course you’d rather have skipped out on the hard part but since you can’t, let’s look for the gifts. I can show you how.
