Become Who You Already Are - episode 161

I had the pleasure to be a guest on Beautiful Second Act podcast in March with Patti Diener. We’re sharing the episode here for you to enjoy.

“Rechelle from Unabashed You, shares on today's episode how she values more than anything authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability. Key components to having an honest relationship with others, as well as yourself.

‘It's only through daring to be vulnerable that we can begin to be our best selves,’ says Rechelle.

On this episode, we talk about living a third act, what it means to live our passion with purpose, and how we've all been given different gifts to use in this life.”

It's only through daring to be vulnerable that we can begin to be our best selves.

By the Numbers

Thoughts from Become Who You Already Are

As we head into a new season, our fourth, we want to express gratitude for the gift of your time.  For every episode you’ve listened to, every blog you’ve read.  Thank you.

  • 161 are the numbers of episodes since we began in 2020

  • 5 is for 5% as in UY is fortunate to be in the top 5% of podcasts worldwide

  • 70+ is the number of countries who have listened

  • 125 is the number of guests we’ve had on

  • 4 is the season we are beginning now

It’s funny how I call this “work” and the best kind. Creating meaningful content and putting it out there, not knowing where it will land, or who might be listening has been beyond fulfilling. It is my hope something that was said by a guest or me, something that was written, has inspired you to be MORE of who you are, to feel confidence in that.

In the very olden days they used to say, ‘in service of the king’ (or queen, or other). I like how that sounds, how it feels to be in service, to serve. And that is how I think of the “unabashed you” brand or movement. UY is here to be of service, to have conversations that will help you think, celebrate who you are, and move you in some way.

It’s been more than I could have ever hoped for, or imagined.
