Lisa IS a warrior. She has things to say, things that need to be heard - about love, faith, purpose, and intention. And she is most definitely a force to be reckoned with. She is already unapologetically herself and that’s one of the things I love about her. She is a living miracle with a dream yet to be fulfilled that she shares with us. She’s eager to see it take shape.

Thoughts from I AM a Warrior
I have so many thoughts after my conversation with Lisa. Yet what kept coming to my mind was the idea that there were definitely parallels between the way Lisa describes herself and how she describes Michael Jordan. Fearless. Focused. A reason and purpose for living. I see them both in these descriptives. Michael Jordan. Lisa. (We could insert other names here too. How about yours?) I’d love to be described that way!
Yet I’m not sure these are my gifts. They belong to others. Oh, I have my own, and I am grateful for them. I hope you have identified yours, and are using them to challenge, fulfill and share with the world. We need yours. We need mine. We need Michael’s and Lisa’s. That’s the whole point. Live on purpose. Live with purpose.
Make it happen. Michael did. And now Lisa is too.

A shout-out to a former episode on purpose and calling, Michelle’s, A Hippy at Heart #12. She shared with us purpose and calling and the difference between the two. I finally distilled my own down to two words as she suggested. Purpose: Encourage authenticity. Calling: Empower revelation. I hope I am offering an “assist” in making this happen - giving women a safe place and space to be exactly who they are.
